Privacy policy.
What we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Short, because we collect little.
1. In short
- We only collect what you give us: your name, email and a few answers when you ask for something.
- We use it to answer you. We do not sell it, and we do not send newsletters you did not ask for.
- This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies.
- You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data.
2. What we collect, and why

3. Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf and only on our instructions:
- Netlify, which hosts this website and receives the sample report form.
- Our email provider, for messages to and from info@antara-solutions.com.
- Supabase and Google, for sign-in and data of the client portal.
- Instagram (Meta), if you choose to message us there.
Some of these providers store data outside Indonesia, for example in Singapore, the United States or the European Union. Where that happens, we rely on their contractual safeguards for international transfers.
We share your details with our partners, Alchlo Developer and Dejuma Architecture, only when you ask us to involve them in your project, and only what they need for their part.
4. How long we keep it
- Sample report requests and enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client and project records: for as long as the project runs, and afterwards for as long as Indonesian accounting and tax rules require.
- Server logs: kept by our hosting provider for a short period, usually a few weeks.
5. Your rights
Under Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, and the GDPR if you are in the European Union, you can ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct or complete it;
- delete it, or stop using it;
- withdraw a consent you gave, at any time, without affecting what happened before.
Email info@antara-solutions.com. We answer within 14 days. If you are not satisfied, you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
6. Cookies and similar technology
This website uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. After you request the sample report, your browser remembers your first name for that visit only, to greet you on the next page; it is cleared when you close the tab. Fonts and images are served from our own site, not from third parties.
If we add visitor statistics later, we will choose a tool that does not use cookies or identify you, and update this page.
7. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Access to client data is limited to the people who need it for your project. In the client portal, every client sees only their own project.
8. Changes
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you already gave us, we will tell you first.
